Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations Policy

At Neolithic, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience with our 7-day hassle-free return and exchange policy, starting from the date of delivery. It is recommend that you register as a user for smooth communication on the order processing. Here’s everything you need to know:

Returns and Exchanges

1. Eligibility: Please note that return requests due to size concerns or color preferences will be subject to review, provided the product was delivered as per the size and color listed on the product page. We kindly request customers to refer to the size chart and product details before placing an order to ensure the best experience.
2. Return Timeframe: You can initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. The return process typically takes an additional 5-7 days for the product(s) to reach us.
3. Reverse Pick-Up Services:
   • We offer reverse pick-up services, subject to availability in your area’s pin code.
   • A one-time reverse shipment fee of ₹100 will be deducted from the refund per order, regardless of the number of items in the order.
   • Pick-up attempts will be made twice. If unsuccessful, you’ll need to ship the product back to our address.
4. Condition of Returned Products: Products must be returned in their original condition. Items that appear worn, damaged, or in poor condition will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds and Credits

• Prepaid Orders: Refunds for online payments will be processed within 7 working days and credited to your bank account.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Store credit equivalent to the paid amount will be issued within 1-2 working days after the return pick-up. Store credits can be redeemed anytime but are non-refundable.
• Non-Refundable Items: Shipping charges, reward points, and store credits are not refundable.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched from our warehouse. Once shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
