Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations Policy

At Neolithic, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience with our 7-day hassle-free return and exchange policy, starting from the date of delivery. Here’s everything you need to know:

Returns and Exchanges

1. Return Timeframe: You can initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. The return process typically takes an additional 5-7 days for the product(s) to reach us.
2. Reverse Pick-Up Services:
   • We offer reverse pick-up services, subject to availability in your area’s pin code.
   • A one-time reverse shipment fee of ₹100 will be deducted from the refund per order, regardless of the number of items in the order.
   • Pick-up attempts will be made twice. If unsuccessful, you’ll need to ship the product back to our address.
3. Condition of Returned Products: Products must be returned in their original condition. Items that appear worn, damaged, or in poor condition will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds and Credits

• Prepaid Orders: Refunds for online payments will be processed within 7 working days and credited to your bank account.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Store credit equivalent to the paid amount will be issued within 1-2 working days after the return pick-up. Store credits can be redeemed anytime but are non-refundable.
• Non-Refundable Items: Shipping charges, reward points, and store credits are not refundable.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched from our warehouse. Once shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
