📄 Gift Vouchers – Terms & Conditions

1. Validity & Redemption

   • Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

   • Voucher value can also be converted into store credits (which have lifetime validity).

   • Redeemable only on www.neolithicstore.com.

2. Usage Conditions

   • Applicable on all products, including sale items.

   • Excludes products listed under the Treasures page.

   • Multiple vouchers can be applied per order.

   • Can be combined with other active coupon codes.

   • No minimum order value required.

   • Value is applied before taxes and delivery fees.

3. Security & Misuse

   • Every voucher has a unique code.

   • Misuse, duplication, or unauthorized use of voucher codes will result in order and voucher cancellation.

   • Vouchers issued for returned or cancelled orders must be returned and are no longer valid.

4. Returns & Reuse

   • Products bought using vouchers are eligible for return.

   • In such cases, the voucher will be reactivated and remain valid until its original expiry date.

5. General Terms
