Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Every piece that leaves Neolithic carries the weight of the bloodline behind it. We stand behind it — and behind you. Our 7-day return and exchange policy begins from the date of delivery. We recommend registering as a user for smooth communication during the process.

Returns & Exchanges

  1. EligibilityReturn requests due to sizing or colour concerns are subject to review, provided the piece was delivered as per the specifications listed on the product page. We recommend reviewing the product details and sizing information before placing your order.
  2. Return TimeframeYou can initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. The return process typically takes an additional 5–7 days for the piece(s) to reach us.
  3. Reverse Pick-Up Services
    • We offer reverse pick-up services, subject to availability in your area's pin code.
    • A one-time reverse shipment fee of ₹100 will be deducted from the refund per order, regardless of the number of items in the order.
    • Pick-up attempts will be made twice. If unsuccessful, you will need to ship the piece back to our address.
  4. Condition of Returned PiecesPieces must be returned in their original, untampered condition. Items that have been used, damaged, or returned in poor condition will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds & Credits

Prepaid Orders

Refunds for online payments will be processed within 7 working days and credited to your bank account.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Store credit equivalent to the paid amount will be issued within 1–2 working days after the return pick-up. Store credits can be redeemed anytime but are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Items

Shipping charges, reward points, and store credits are not refundable.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse. Once shipped, cancellations will not be accepted. If you are experiencing any issue with cancelling an order before delivery has been initiated, drop us a WhatsApp message or call us at 9381113543.
