Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations: Australia

Every piece that leaves Neolithic carries the weight of the bloodline behind it. We stand behind it, and behind you.

Your rights under Australian law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing on this page limits those rights.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If your piece arrives damaged, faulty, or is not the piece you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will, at our cost, replace it or refund you in Australian dollars, as the law requires. We pay the return shipping for these cases.

Change of mind and size exchanges

  1. Timeframe
    You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Condition
    Pieces must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with tags intact, in the original condition.
  3. Return shipping
    For change-of-mind returns and size exchanges, the buyer pays the return shipping to India. We send exchange pieces free of charge.
  4. How to ask
    Write to [email protected] with your order number. We will send return instructions and the address.
  5. Timing
    Allow about 10–20 days for the piece to reach us. Refunds are issued after we receive and check the piece.

Refunds

  1. Amount
    Refunds are made in Australian dollars, equal to the price you paid for the piece. Shipping was free, so there is nothing to refund there.
  2. Cash on Delivery orders
    Refunded by bank transfer (EFT) to an Australian bank account you give us, or as store credit if you prefer. Refunds are processed within 7 working days of approval.
  3. Store credit
    Optional, and non-refundable once issued.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order before it is dispatched from our warehouse. Once shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted, but you may return the piece under the rules above. To cancel, message us on Instagram @neolithicfashion or email [email protected].
