Shipping & Delivery: Australia

Every piece is made to leave the temple and cross the water. We ship from India to Australia, and shipping is free on every order.

Dispatch and delivery

1. Dispatch
   Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days (India).
2. Delivery time
   About 7–14 business days from dispatch to anywhere in Australia, depending on your location and customs processing.
3. Carrier and tracking
   Orders ship with an international courier. Each parcel travels with a commercial export invoice and is cleared through customs on our side. A tracking link is sent by email once your order is dispatched. You can also check progress under Order Tracking.
4. Delivery address
   We deliver to street addresses across Australia. Please check your address, postcode and phone number at checkout, as we cannot change them after dispatch.
5. Delivery attempts
   If a delivery fails, the carrier will contact you. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.

Prices, GST and customs

1. Currency
   All prices are in Australian dollars (A$).
2. GST
   We do not charge GST on orders at this time.
3. Customs
   Orders are shipped as low-value consignments from India. We do not expect customs duty on these orders, but any import charges that Australian authorities apply are the buyer’s responsibility.

Payment

Payment for Australian orders is by Cash on Delivery. Please have the exact amount ready.
