Terms of Sale: Australia

These terms apply when you order from Neolithic through our Australian site. They add to our Terms & Conditions; where they differ, these terms apply to your Australian order.

1. Who you are buying from
   Exovation Brands Pvt Ltd, India.
2. Prices and currency
   Prices are in Australian dollars (A$) and are set by us; they are not converted at checkout. The price you see when you confirm your order is the price you pay. No GST is charged at this time. We may correct an obvious pricing mistake and, if we do, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund.
3. Payment
   Australian orders are paid by Cash on Delivery for now. You agree to accept and pay for the order when it is delivered. Orders refused at the door may be treated as cancelled and may limit future Cash on Delivery orders.
4. Delivery
   Delivery is free to addresses in Australia and follows our Shipping & Delivery policy. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
5. Returns and refunds
   See Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations: Australia. The refund provisions of our main Terms that refer to Indian Rupees do not apply to Australian orders; refunds are made in Australian dollars.
6. Consumer guarantees
   Nothing in these terms or our main Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Governing law
   The laws of India (Telangana) apply to your order, as set out in our main Terms, subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
