The Greeks did not hide Medusa's face. They carved it everywhere.
Over doorways. On temple pediments. On the shields of soldiers and the breastplate of Athena herself. The gorgoneion — the gorgon's face, serpents coiled, gaze level — was the ancient world's oldest guardian mark: the image that wards, the face that turns away what should not come near.
The logic was older than the myth. What has survived the worst becomes a ward against it. They put the monster at the threshold because nothing frightens harm like something it could not kill.
The sigil carries her in fine gold linework on black — not the victim, not the trophy on Perseus's arm. The guardian. Every line deliberate, in the manner of the old emblems, where symbols did the speaking.
She was placed at the door to keep the darkness out. She is still good at it.

Care
Machine wash cold, inside out, with similar colours. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Iron on reverse if needed. The fabric softens with each wash but holds its form.
